Never one to miss an opportunity of the fabled “Free Money” I saw when I logged onto Betfair this morning that the price on Overs in the Anderlecht v Spuds game tonight was priced far to low.

I have layed Unders at 2.06 this morning about 10.30am

I hope to back Unders at around 2.16 later on this afternoon/evening when the Spurs fans get home from the fish markets/meat markets and back the Overs.

Whilst I think the game tonight will in fact go Over this is just an opportunity to make some free cash, albeit a small amount but Free Money is Free Money.

Liverpool and Celtic both have to win tonight, simple as that.

As a result I'm laying 9 Corners and Under in both games tonight - boring I know but what can you do?

I'm also aware that there has been demonstrations prior to the game in support of Rafa and the atmosphere is going to be buzzing down at Anfield Road. Porto certainly won't be going down easily and avoiding defeat tonight could see them through to the second round, as a result of that I think there will be more than 3 bookings tonight, specially if Liverpool get frustrated, which I think will happen at some point.

If I was a betting man, and I'm not you understand I'd also be fancying Overs in the Valencia v Shalke game tonight on the basis they need a win to keep their qualifying chances alive which should lead to a very open game, but it's a bit risky at the price.

Browsing and browsing my way through tonight's football and couldn't find anything I fancied at all, stumbled upon Laying 9 Corners or less at 2.42 in the above game.

It's not rocket science, Man Utd and Fergie will be stung after the defeat to Bolton and for me the clincher is that Ronaldo is starting.

I was expecting this price to be 50-75 ticks higher so I think it's value.

London Irish – Group One - HEC.

The Exiles are currently 2.6 to win their group in the HEC whilst USAP are 1.6; it should be the other way around in my opinion. To me this is value due to the fact USAP never got their BP win at home against the Dragons and that Irish overcame a potentially difficult away game in Gwent where they demolished the hosts. The potential clinching games come on the 9th December when LI take on USAP in Reading with the return game being played a week later. It’s of my opinion that USAP are there for the taking…….

……..USAP are on terrible form at the moment, squeaking a home draw against Bourgoin 3-3 at the weekend and are currently languishing in twelfth place in the T14 and if things don’t improve quickly then I can see them only paying lip service to the HEC as at the end of the day all that matters in French Rugby is the league title.

The winner of the group will come from these two teams so I am taking the 2.6 on the Exiles BUT will monitor USAP closely, it also must be said their away form in the HEC isn’t exactly glorious and for reasons stated above – that away form could get worse.

London Irish last two games are Dragons at home (5 point win) and the Treviso away (5 point win) where as USAP play Trevisio at home (5 point win) and the Dragons away (4 point win)
